COMPANY PROFILE FOR QS SERVICES

 

INTRODUCTION

QS Services was formed in Darwin in February 1990 by two experienced Quantity Surveyors.  Since the retirement of one founding partner in 1994, QS Services (a practice operated by Construction Estimating Pty Ltd CAN 009 643 574) has taken on additional staff with complimentary skills.

ORGANISATION

Senior members of the practice belong to The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

The practice carries worldwide Professional Indemnity Insurance covering countries, such as, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam and East Timor.

A senior member is involved at the work face on projects and maintains practical, technical and updated skills in doing so, with the person in charge of a project remaining in control of the project from start to finish.

QS Services has access to additional staff in all categories, on an as needs basis.

QS Services has been commissioned on a wide range of projects of varying size and value including Civil, Commercial, Educational, Government, Health, Residential, Retail, Sporting and Tourism Developments.
